Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This hub is run by Bailey Williames, a real estate agent at Next Property Group, for homeowners in the 4575 area on the Sunshine Coast. This policy explains what information the hub collects, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
You can use most of the hub without giving us anything
Tides, weather, recipes, puzzles and local information work without an account. Things you choose or save (favourites, meal plan, shopping list, layout, puzzle progress) are stored in your own browser on your device.
What we collect, and only if you use that feature
- Account details. If you create a login: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
- Guest pass. If you use a guest pass, we create an anonymous account with no name or email so your list can sync. If you clear your browser or lose the device, a guest pass can’t be recovered unless you add an email.
- Your saved items. If you are signed in: favourites, meal plan, shopping lists, layout choices and puzzle progress, so they follow you between devices. Household lists are visible to everyone who has joined that household using its invite link or QR code. Only share the link with people you want to share the list with.
- Leaderboard nickname and scores. A nickname you choose and your puzzle points. These are visible to other users. You can use your real name if you like, but remember other players will see it. Please don’t put your email, phone number or address in a nickname.
- Feedback. Anything you type into the feedback form, plus the name you choose to add.
- Marketing preferences. If you tick the box to hear from Bailey about local property news, appraisals or market updates, we record that choice.
We don’t ask for payment details, and we don’t collect your precise location.
How we use it
- To run the hub: sign you in, reset your password, sync your lists and show the leaderboard.
- To read and respond to your feedback.
- If you opted in, to contact you about local property news and Bailey’s services, by email. You can opt out at any time.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising by other companies.
Who else handles your information
We use these service providers to run the hub. They process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia:
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Open-source libraries loaded from a content delivery network, which may see your IP address when you load the page.
Some features load data from public sources, such as tides, weather and council event information. Those requests come from your device.
Cookies and device storage
The hub uses your browser’s local storage to remember your choices and keep you signed in. It doesn’t use advertising cookies.
Visit statistics. To see how many people use the hub, we count visits ourselves in our own database. Each visit records only the section opened (such as Home or Puzzles), the date, whether it was a phone or a computer, and a random code your browser makes up and stores locally so we can tell visitors apart. It is not linked to your name, email or account, and we don’t store your IP address. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Monthly leaderboard prize
The player with the most leaderboard points in each calendar month (Brisbane time) wins a prize from Bailey. It is a game of skill, free to enter, and no purchase is needed. If players tie, the one who reached the score first wins. To claim a prize you need an account with an email address, because a guest pass can’t be contacted. By playing, you agree that Bailey may contact you at your account email if you win and may announce your nickname as the winner. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Bailey may withhold a prize where a score appears to have been gained unfairly. The prize and any further rules will be announced on the hub.
30-day streak reward
Finish the daily puzzle on the hub every day for 30 days in a row and you can earn a thank-you reward from Bailey, currently valued at $30. A day counts once you have finished that day’s puzzle, whether you solved it or used all six guesses. It is free to take part and no purchase is needed. The streak runs on Brisbane dates, and missing a day starts it again from day one. To claim the reward you need an account with an email address, because a guest pass can’t be contacted. When you are signed in, we record the dates you finish the daily puzzle so we can check your streak. Bailey may check a streak before giving a reward, may limit it to one reward per person, and may change or end the reward. Details of the reward will be announced on the hub.
Keeping it safe, and how long we keep it
Access to the database is restricted so that people can only see their own saved items, their household’s list and the leaderboard. Feedback can only be read by Bailey. We keep account information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
